2008 INFORMATION

All sales of booth spaces, table rentals, and other donations will go to the Winder Youth Group for their 2009 Mission Trips and other trips/events held for the Youth Group to grow a closer relationship with God!

That makes your rental of the booth and any donations a Tax donation!

New for 2008

Food to be Prepared by Men's Group Cooks
Youth Selling Popcorn & Snow-cones
Chair Person for different areas of event
No back hallway booths! (all booths in main halls/rooms
New vendor area (i.e. Pampered Chief, Avon, Tastefully Simple, etc.)
Larger outdoor Booths
New Fair Times (10am - 5pm)
Auction/Raffle Area (donated items by vendors)

2007 Craft Fair

Below are a few pictures from our 2007 Craft Fair. You can see the setup of the Fellowship Hall (4 rows of booths with 3 walking lanes), Gym had 5 rows of booths and 3 additional areas of booths with 5 walking paths. The Private Rooms are located in the Fellowship Hall and you can see from the picture that there is plenty of room in there pictured room had 6 tables and walking space in front and in back in this setup. Outdoor booths were scattered along the side and front of the Fellowship Hall.

With the unexpected turn of events with the City of Winder changing their date of the Christmas Parade it impacted our fair's attendance for 2007. 2008 Craft Fair will not have that issue as the date of our fair was moved to before Thanksgiving to avoid any City of Winder issues. The turnout for the 2007 fair still did over 700 people which we are hoping to expand on in 2008.
